Welcome at RCtechnics!

RCtechnics is a full time cooperation located in Zoetermeer, the Netherlands. We work from a large closed storage, for that reason picking orders is not possible.
We stand for good service and quick deliveries while offering attractive prices.

Order:
Only stock items can be ordered. Please use our shopping system to place your order. The stock status is displayed at every product. During checkout you can select your shipping- and payment method. After you complete your order you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment:
During the checkout you can select the following payment methods:
1> (International) Bank Transfer. You can completely confirm your order and make you payment later according to the order confirmation email (within 10 days!)
2> PayPal. The payment of your order is acquired immediately during checkout.
3> Ideal (Holland only). Direct payment method from your own Dutch bank account. The payment is with us instantly. An order paid with Ideal can not be changed in any way!

Now temperarely no order fee for small orders!

Shipping:
We ship all over Europe! The shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the products. You can check the shipping costs in the shopping cart at any time. Just place the items in the shopping cart and click "Calculate Shipping Cost".

Budget Shipping: Cheap way of shipping, but completely for your own risk. Your shipment is not insured against loss and/or shipping damage.
Standard Shipping: More expensive, but highly recommended. With this method your shipment is insured. Especially with shipments that carry a large value this is the way to go.

Delivery times:
Orders will mostly be shipped within 24 hours after we have received a valid payment. In some cases (Ideal or PayPal) we can even ship out your order the same day.

Warranty:
On all products you will have warranty on factory errors. The warranty can differ per product and is 3 months minimum with the exception of LiPo batteries.
Returns will only be accepted if a product is in its original state and we have provided a valid return number (RMA). Shipments that come in without RMA number will be denied and/or disposed after arrival.
